We are seeking experienced Developers with the following skills and experience:

Required:

• A minimum of 4 years experience as a senior or lead C# developer on enterprise-level, custom application development projects implemented on the Microsoft.NET platform
• A minimum of 4 years of experience developing web applications using the ASP.NET in C#.NET
• Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of object-oriented principles and application of these principles in C#. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with subject matter experts in the definition and implementation of the enterprise architecture design pattern in .NET.
• At least three years experience designing schemas and developing on MS SQL Server.  Ability to write complex stored procedures using Transact SQL.
• A minimum of 2 years experience participating and contributing in the definition and implementation of an enterprise-level, n-tier, service-oriented architecture (SOA) on the Microsoft .NET platform
• Visual Studio 2005/2008
• Experience using XML/XSL and related standards
• Strong documentation, debugging and data analysis skills
• Effective communication skills and demonstrated experience working in a team culture
• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:

• Experience developing Web services.
• Specific experience implementing an object-relational mapper in .NET (NHibernate or another industry-standard toolset)
• MCSE, MCSD or other .Net certifications

• Experience with Visual Source Safe

• Understanding of OLAP, OLTP, Business Intelligent reporting and Data warehousing, Microsoft SQLServer Reporting Services, Crystal Reports

• P&C Insurance application experience

Developers - IBM AS/400 COBOL

We are seeking experienced IBM AS/400 COBOL Developers responsible for designing, coding, testing, and developing new and enhancing existing  applications. These candidate will work closely with team leads and business owners to provide quality solutions to business needs. Experience required in areas of application development, system integration and system administration. Ability to express technical concepts in business terms.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, 4+ years experience as a Developer in IBM AS/400-based applications with extensive knowledge of COBOL, CL, SQL/400, DB2/400, Query/400 and AS/400 App Development Tools. P&C Insurance application experience a plus.
