We are seeking experienced Insurance Applications Quality Assurance Analysts. This is an ideal position for individuals possessing technical and business skills who wish to work in a challenging environment in which they will use a combination of business, technical and analytical skills. Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure the accuracy of application performance to spec. Interview Development Team and End Users to understand business processes, source systems and data flow. Develop and implement strategies to streamline the requirements and testing processes.

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience displaying consistently exceptional performance and analytical skills, working knowledge of SQL or relational database systems, proficiency with Excel and PC skills, experience developing and executing test plans, experience gathering and documenting business requirements, ability to work with large data volumes, attention to detail; strong communication, organizational, mathematical capabilities, analytical skills, and detail orientation. Experience with Oracle and or IBM AS/400. 4 + years experience as a Business or Quality Assurance Analyst and 4 + years experience in P&C Insurance. Experience with Toad a plus. Working knowledge of Reinsurance is a big plus.
