Principal / EVP, Global Operations

Nat has worked within the Property & Casualty Insurance vertical for over 30 years.

Nat joined the company in 2002 to oversee and build Prevail’s Consulting Practice. Prior to Prevail, Nat established and managed AIG’s Service Delivery Organization for the Domestic Brokerage Group companies, restructuring application support through the utilization of technology-oriented team pools both on and off-shore. In addition, Nat was instrumental in upgrading and managing AIG’s U.S. regulatory compliance requirements and a member of the Information Services Finance Committee. Prior to AIG, Nat was Chief Technology Officer at a major insurance software company where he was responsible for the company’s comprehensive property and casualty insurance product, including product development, program management, corporate infrastructure, solution partnerships and global support organizations. Nat has held Executive and Technical Management positions at various sized insurers, reinsurance companies and insurance technology solution providers.

Jim McPartlan

Exec. Director, Strategy and Finance

Jim was a global leader at WestLB for 23 years in Investment & Commercial Banking, Financial Markets, Portfolio Management and Treasury with a focus on value creation for the Bank and our clients while maintaining a disciplined approach to risk and long-term sustainability.

He was responsible for new and restructured international business platforms to maintain market leadership and product positioning adaptable to changing market and client dynamics. Jim provided clear direction in multi-lingual and multi-cultural environments for the proper management of the banking and operations teams. Jim has In-depth product knowledge in asset securitization, structured finance, project finance and capital markets; and industry sector expertise in Financial Institutions, Energy, Infrastructure, Metals & Mining, Commodity Finance and Transportation. He was responsible for Board-mandated initiatives and strategic projects requiring fundamental changes to the Bank’s business model, focusing on revenue targets, business complexity and risk profile.

Pilar brings forth many years of industry domain knowledge in the Property and Casualty vertical.

Having worked for “The Wheatley Group” for close to 15 years and over 30 years in the industry, Pilar is familiar with working on insurance information systems for Property & Casualty insurers, with an expertise in reinsurance. As a founder and principal of Prevail Reinsurance Systems and Consulting her focus is on the continued growth of the Software and Consulting Divisions. Additionally Pilar oversees all facets of the Reinsurance Management System from Product Direction and Maintenance as well as Implementation Methodologies.

David Morales

VP, Business Development

Dave has a wealth of domain experience having worked as an Assistant Controller for major insurance companies as well as an AVP of Reinsurance for a large Reinsurance company.

David transitioned into the software vertical where he has held various roles in sales support and product management. David has experience managing projects and leading development teams for both reinsurance assumed and ceded systems.
